Our Team

Mark Goliday

Executive Director

Mark joined Life Care Services as the Executive Director of the Clarendale of St. Peters in April 2019. He has over 32 years of experience working in the senior living industry. Mark also served over 29 years in the United States Army and United States Army Reserves, reaching the rank of Command Sergeant Major. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. He also has a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Science Administration with a Project Management Emphasis from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO. Mark is a Licensed Nursing Home Administer in Missouri. In addition to being a father of five children, Mark volunteers as a Cabinet member for Youth in Need’s Celebration of Youth assisting with the fundraising for the youth within the St. Charles and St. Louis counties. To relax, Mark enjoys competing in Master-level track and field meets, running obstacle course races such as Spartan races and cheering on the St. Louis Blues and St. Louis Cardinals.

Stephanie Groennert

Director of Sales and Marketing

Stephanie Groennert is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Clarendale of St. Peters. Stephanie works with older adults helping them navigate the different options available for senior living. She is passionate about building relationships and learning everyone’s unique life story. She believes that every older adult deserves an advocate and likes to be a resource for family members as well. Stephanie has been in the senior living industry for more than 11 years in various roles. She previously served as regional director of sales and director of sales in the St. Louis and Illinois markets. She also has experience working with senior living communities from the ground up. Stephanie says there is no better feeling than hearing a resident say, “I wish I would have done it sooner!” Stephanie holds a BS in business with a minor in marketing from Southwest Missouri State University.

Jami Roberts

Director of Memory Care

Jami is the Director of Memory Care at Clarendale of St. Peters. She has over 19 years of experience working in senior living in the St. Louis Area. Jami holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis with an emphasis in Health Care and Gerontology. Jami has a love for working with residents and families impacted by memory loss and is passionate about educating others about the disease and the Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program that is offered at Clarendale of St. Peters. Jami is married and has a son, Zach, and a daughter, Addison, who keep her life interesting. Jami and Justin are from Iowa and they enjoy visits back home to see their families. Jami and her family are also avid St. Louis Cardinals fans!

Jennifer Lau

Director of Community Outreach

Jennifer joined Clarendale of St Peters in June, 2019 as the Director of Community Outreach. After a lengthy career in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Jennifer decided to make a career change and focus on serving seniors. She obtained her Masters in both Gerontology and Health Administration at Webster University. In 2016, she embarked on her new career and hasn’t looked back! Jennifer is passionate about advocating for seniors as well as helping them make senior living decisions. She is most excited about being able to serve the seniors of her own community. Jennifer volunteers for the Alzheimer’s Association. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and Shih-tzu, Macy as well as weight training and yoga.

Kim Parks

Director of Life Enrichment

Kimberly Parks joined the Life Care Services team as the Director of Life Enrichment in January 2020. She is a firm believer in the Lifestyle and Health Services 8 Dimensions of Wellness, which provides programs that nurture and support Emotional, Environmental, Health Services, Intellectual, Physical, Social, Spiritual, and Vocational Wellness. Her catch phrase is that “everyone on earth has a purpose” and she looks forward to helping you discover or maintain yours! Kim has obtained over 15 years of experience in the senior living industry in various roles with the primary positions being Admissions Coordinator and Activity Director. She is a proud mom of a Mizzou student, volunteers faithfully as a youth leader at the First Baptist Church of Chesterfield, and is an energetic certified Zumba Instructor who can’t wait to have you join her class!

Mackenzie Bruner

Director of Health Services

Mackenzie joined Clarendale of St. Peters as the Director of Health Services in January 2020. She has been a nurse for 5 years and only decided to become a nurse after discovering she wanted to explicitly work with the elderly. Because of her dedication to the nursing profession, she ensures that providing quality nursing care is her highest priority at Clarendale of St. Peters. Mackenzie also holds an Administrator’s license in the state of Missouri. Obtaining and maintaining this license provides her with a vast knowledge base of Assisted Living regulations and how to effectively lead the clinical department at Clarendale of St. Peters. Mackenzie is married with 2 daughters, Nora & Hattie. Her family is involved in a charity that adopts wounded veterans and families of deceased veterans which provides support to them for the long term. Mackenzie’s favorite pastime is spending time with her family, their 3 Dachshunds and watching baseball. Go Cardinals!

Lavert McLemore

Director of Culinary Services

Lavert McLemore is a talented chef with over 32 years in the culinary arts. Lavert trained with Marriot and attended the Forest Park culinary program. During his time with Marriot, Lavert worked as a line cook and eventually worked his way up to Executive Chef. A move to Ohio landed Lavert at the Ohio Marriott Suites which was later purchased by Sheraton Suites Dining Facilities. Lavert has had the opportunity to train, mentor and work alongside some of the best culinarians in the state. He is excited to bring his talents and culinary skills to the residents of Clarendale of St. Peters.

Tim Sherman

Director of Plant Operations

Tim is the Director of Plant Operations for Clarendale of St. Peters. With over 36 years of experience in construction and facilities management, he oversees the maintenance of the buildings and grounds, as well as the housekeeping department. Tim takes pride in providing a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents. It is his goal to keep the building looking as fresh and beautiful as the day it opened. He believes this is not just a building, it is home to our wonderful seniors. Tim and his wife Kathleen enjoy traveling. In his spare time he keeps busy with woodworking projects, playing the piano, reading, and working in the yard.

Mary Borja

Business Office Manager

Mary Borja is the Business Office Manager at Clarendale of St. Peters. She has worked in the senior living industry for the past 15 years and in customer service prior to that. Mary enjoys creating relationships with residents and staff alike. In her spare time, Mary likes being active with her four kids and husband. She enjoys a variety of activities, including playing tennis, running, and keeping up with her kids.
